It depends on where you are. Processed orders usually take 1-5 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse. You will get live updates of your delivery either through your registered phone or email.

Returns & Refunds
Approved returns usually take up to 21 business days to show on your account. This is because of the varying processing times between payment providers.
If you don't receive your refund within 21 days, then please contact us. We will do the needful on first priority.
You can return any item that you purchase if you fulfil all the below criterions.
● All returns should be initiated within 7 days of delivery. ● The tags on the item(s) should be intact. ● The item(s) should be unused and in an undamaged condition. ● The item(s) needs to be returned along with the original packaging. ● The item(s) was not a sale/discounted item. We do not do returns for any sale/discounted items.

Our return procedure is hassle-free and FREE of charge. You will set up a pickup time and date for our logistics agent to retrieve our product. The product will then be transferred to our warehouse in Kolkata where we will verify if you have complied with the return conditions. Then, the company at its sole discretion will take appropriate action including a full or partial refund in the form of a money transfer or store credit. If you are approved for a money transfer, please note, that it may take up to 21 days to process your refund.
